Masah’s Personal Baking Tips:

Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a tray with parchment paper. Scoop your dough—big, small, or somewhere in between—I personally keep my scoops close to 1oz, but there’s no right or wrong way! Just make sure there’s enough space between your scoops to give the cookie room to bake. Then sprinkle some of my pre-packed flaky Maldon salt or pistachios on top; it’s my favorite step that really brings everything to life! I like to also press these toppings gently into the scoops just to get the right stick. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the edges turn beautifully golden and the centers are just barely set. Let them cool on a rack for just a few minutes before taking your first bite!

From my kitchen to yours, sahtein! May you savor every warm, melty bite with someone you love.
