Baking Instructions

  • Scoop

    Go big, go small — there’s no wrong way to scoop! Just leave some room for spreading and don’t skip the maldon salt on top!

  • Bake

    Preheat your oven to 350°F and bake until the edges are golden and the centers look just set. Usually around 10–12 minutes.

  • Sahtein!

    In our kitchen, “sahtein” is how we say dig in! Let them cool for just a few (if you can wait)... then enjoy every warm, melty bite.

  • As tempting as it is… no! Our dough contains eggs and is meant to be baked before enjoying. Trust us — the warm, freshly baked cookie is so worth the wait.

  • Keep it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or freeze it for up to 3 months. Just scoop and bake whenever the craving hits!

  • Our cookie dough is made with eggs, gluten, and nuts, so it’s not suitable for those with certain dietary restrictions.

  • Scoop, sprinkle salt on top, bake at 350°F, and enjoy golden, gooey cookies in just 10–12 minutes.

  • Yes! All orders are packed with insulated liners and ice packs to keep your cookie dough cold and safe in transit. We use next-day delivery to make sure it gets to you fresh and ready to bake. Once it arrives, just pop it in the fridge (or freezer if you’re saving it for later!).

  • Shipping rates vary depending on your location. Since we ship from Long Beach, CA, nearby orders are more affordable, while farther ones may cost a bit more due to express, cold-safe delivery. You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout.

  • Totally! It’s normal for ice packs to melt during transit. They’re there to keep the dough cold, not frozen. As long as your cookie dough is cool to the touch when it arrives, it’s safe to pop it in the fridge and bake whenever you’re ready!
