Because our cookie dough is perishable, we’re unable to accept returns. That said, your happiness means the world to us! If your order arrives damaged or you’re not fully satisfied, please reach out to us at info@beytooti.co—we’ll do our best to make it right.

Shipping Info
To keep your cookie dough fresh and your ice packs doing their job, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed Thursday–Sunday will ship out the following week (Monday–Wednesday) to avoid your treats sitting in transit over the weekend.
